Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture and thicken.
Add more milk as needed until the mixture becomes soft and rollable.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
Roll into bite-sized balls and store in the fridge.
