About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 bag of brown rice (I used a microwave bag prepared with bone broth)
1 container of ground Turkey
1/2 bag shredded carrots
1/2 bag shredded cabbage
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame oil or olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds, and any other desired seasonings
Micro greens
Pickled beets
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a skillet to medium- high. Place ground Turkey on pan with light oil. Use seasonings to taste
Step 2
Once the ground Turkey is almost done, add soy sauce & teriyaki
Remove the ground Turkey, place in a bowl to cool
On the same pan, add shredded carrots & cabbage. Use light oil. I also added a small spoon of minced garlic.
Season and sauce to taste.
Step 3
Once finished, add turkey to the vegetable mix to reheat
Step 4
Microwave or prepare rice beforehand
Plate rice, egg roll mix, and toppings in a bowl.
Serve & enjoy!
