Ingredients
½ cup air fried sweet potato

½ cup- 1 cup mixed greens 

⅓ cup pickled beets 
½ cup sauteed mushrooms 

¼ cup cucumbers 

¼ cup cherry tomatoes 

Green onion 

EBTB seasoning 

Balsamic glaze
Preparation
Step 1
Slice salmon into a filet, 4-6 oz portion. Top with EBTB seasoning. Air fry for 10-12 minutes on 350. 

Step 2
Slice sweet potatoes into small cubes. Toss in light olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 450. 

Step 3
In a pan, sautee mushrooms in light oil. 

Step 4
Dice and prepare cucumbers, tomatoes, green onion, and pickled beets. 

On a plate, lay a bed of mixed greens 
Add salmon and toppings. Top with balsamic glaze. 
Serve and enjoy!
